We will talk about the basics of research\, what records may be found online and in archives\, and how to stay organized. We will also explore a number of free and subscription websites. Handouts will be provided. Vicki Albu\, a life long resident of Dakota County and active member of the Dakota County Genealogical Society\, will instruct this course at the Goodhue County History Center. Vicki co-founded the Romanian Genealogy Society and works as an avid genealogist and historian. Her work includes a number of oral history and research projects.
