Holy Yoga at Villa Maria
Holy Yoga Classes at Villa Maria taught by certified instructor, Christina Mroz. Classes are Christian-based, co-ed and open to all adults in all communities. Classes are held Saturday mornings from 9am-10am. Attendees may attend classes as it fits their schedule and only pay for classes attended.
Classes are sponsored by the First Lutheran Church Wellness Ministry team in collaboration with Villa Maria.
