Troubled Waters is an important film for anyone who lives near, loves, or recreates on Lake Pepin. It was produced by the University of Minnesota Bell Museum of Natural History and directed, written, and produced by award-winning filmmaker Larkin McPhee. Film is an hour in length and will be followed by conversation with Mike McKay, executive director of the Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance.
