Prairies are teeming with life, often unseen. Explore the prairie at Frontenac State Park to discover what is living among the flowers, stems and leaves. This family-friendly hike lead by Nadine Meyer, Assistant Park Manager, will include insect investigation and collection, tools are provided. We will be practicing catch & release! Be sure to wear sturdy shoes (no flip-fops), sunscreen, and long pants are recommended. This program is hosted by the Frontenac State Park Association.
