The conference is designed to give participants the tools to initiate or expand wellness strategies in their workplace. It will be action oriented and participants will be provided with tips and tools to help them design sustainable worksite wellness initiatives. The opening keynote will feature Dr. Ed Creagan of Mayo Clinic on "A physicians secret for staying healthy and surviving any diagnosis". Father Nick Mezacapa of Calvary Episcopal Church will be delivering the luncheon keynote on "Battling Inertia". Twelve breakout sessions will be available:
