Each Wednesday take the opportunity for you to end your day sitting in silent stillness. All levels of meditation background are welcome. Instruction will be provided. A few cushions will be available, but please feel free to bring your own. This is a wonderful complement to our long-standing Centering Prayer Group held on Monday mornings.
